This is the second in a series of three Huggies giveaways going on at Shake The Salt this week, as part of the 40+ giveaways, month-long, Launch Party. If you love Huggies, be sure to check out the giveaway for the full line of Huggies Cleanteam products and keep an eye out for the upcoming Huggies Pull-Ups Potty Training Success Kit.
With “back to school” time just around the corner, you are probably thinking, “Summer Essentials Kit?”, but summer weather hasn’t left us yet and the effects of the sun are not only there during the summer! I was very excited when I was contacted about reviewing the Huggies Little Swimmers Summer Kit, because we love Huggies and who wouldn’t love fun in a bucket? What is especially great about this is the great stuff both parents and kids will love. The fun starts with a beach ball, shovel, and sandbox rake and continues with the protection factor we as parents will appreciate – 2 types of sunblock (lotion and spray on) in SPF 50 and Sun Sensors (cute little self-adhesive fish that can be applied to skin or clothing) that monitors UVB exposure to help your family reduce the risk of sunburn (clues you in when it is time to reapply the sunscreen!). Add in a package of Huggies Little Swimmers disposable swim pants and the Summertime Essentials Kit is complete!
Huggies Little Swimmers wants to remind you to enjoy time in and around the water, but also remember the importance of water and sun safety for you and your children. Be sure to check the following points before entering the water:
The area is supervised by a lifeguard(s)
The water is clean and safe
Your child is wearing appropriate float devices or is accompanied by an adult at all times
Life lines separate the shallow from the deep water
Check out Huggies Little Swimmers website to get the 411 on water safety, print a beach bag checklist, make a swimming certificate for your child, and to print your Huggies Little Swimmers coupon.
If you would like a chance to win your own Huggies Little Swimmers’ Summertime Essentials Kit, leave a comment about your favorite moment this summer. If you would like an additional entry, subscribe to blog updates, then leave an additional comment letting me know.
Deadline to enter: 11:59 PM EST August 25, 2008
Open to US & CAN mailing addresses.
The Shake The Salt Launch Party continues through August 25, 2008, with lots of giveaways, so be sure to get your name in the hat for all of them!
