I don’t typically do the Walgreen’s deals, but Kim B. alerted me to this one and it really was just too sweet of a deal to pass up. I don’t typically do generic diapers either, but I tried CVS brand earlier in the week
with no long term emotional scarring taking place and really…. Huggies just doesn’t have the hot deal this week (and Pampers almost never seems to… to me anyway).
I did 2 transactions (2 stores), 3 packs of diapers each, for a total of 6 packages. The deal was buy 3 pkgs @ 5.99, get $5 in reward money. To sweeten the deal, there was a coupon in the monthly rebate book for $5 off 2 pkgs, which automatically adjusted to $7.50 off 3 pkgs.
Now I have $10 in Walgreen’s play money!! Are there restrictions on “rolling” it into more play money? I thought I heard you can’t use it on the same deal and sometimes not on the same family of products…. So anything I need to know before I plan anot
her deal? (I’m not as used to Walgreen’s as I am CVS). Thanks!!
