I’ve discovered a site that gives a whole new meaning to dressing up your walls.  When we think of putting stuff on the wall, we typical think pictures, maybe shelves… but Wall Candy (The Ultimate Design on Blogspot) is something totally different and my mind is racing with all the possibilities for our own home.  I personally love words and quotes, and with Wall Candy, you can create any word or quote you’d like (even monograms!) and in your choice of font.  This would be a great way to personalize – you could put names above the towel hooks in the bathroom so there is no confusion on who’s is who’s or you could put the family name over the family portrait or set of family pictures.  The possibilities are endless.

A little about Abby from Wall Candy:

I am a crazy busy halfway stay at home mom, I teach cheer camps during the summer and gymnastics classes the rest of the time,  I have been doing vinyl signs in my spare time for the last three years, and my latest obsession is making little girls tutus. I have two beautiful daughters, ‘4 and 1′, and am married to the most wonderful man.

Wall Candy is offering a $30 gift certificate to one lucky Shake The Salt reader.  To enter, visit Wall Candy, then come back here and tell us your ideas for dressing up your walls with Wall Candy.

I have a large, unused wall going down the stairs, that is really not good for storage or anything. I think some wall candy would look great there. Some Bible verses. Or our names. A family tree/vine.

I’d like a saying…like something about Jesus being the food that nourishes our home, or maybe a bible verse to that same effect..inside the outline of an apple, for the wall of my new kitchen.

    bathroom remodeling contractors http://www.bathroomremodelingidea.org/
Usually when I am going to someone’s home to give them a loo remodeling guess, I provide them with many of the questions and responses, that they’re ever going to want. This is how I do business, but some contractors don’t do business this way. Therefore , it’s down to you, the homeowner to ask your loo reworking contractor the most relevant questions.
