I adore Fifi Flowers Design.  Truly.  She is very talented and she has single-handedly “prettied-up” the view to the right of me as I sit at the computer.  Fifi, you rock.  I live in a male world here, folks.  Yeah, our pup is a girl, but Hubs refuses to let me girlify her, so I’m pretty much all alone.  I’m completely immersed in CARS.  Remember an earlier post?  CARS. VROOM. VROOM.  {Sigh}  There are toy cars everywhere.  There are car magazines everywhere.  Some of those belong to Hubs (as long as he keeps them where B cannot lay claim to them!), and some are B’s.  Yep, he has his own!  If you keep up with the freebies each week, you’ll notice the free car magazine offers that pop up from time to time, so I sign up for those for B if it isn’t one of particular interest to Hubs.  Seriously.  And let’s not talk about car projects.  Hubs has a couple he is selling, but a couple he has big plans for.  One involves the beach, which sounds great to me.  The post project part anyway.

Anyway, I’ve said all that because I just don’t have a lot of girly / pretty going on and Laura came to my rescue!  Now, I can work and glance ever so slightly to the right and be inspired and feel a little bit girly.  ;)   Fifi sent over Pink Curtains Cove, beautifully painted, matted, and framed.  This one very talented lady with beautiful thoughts & visions expressed in her paintings. Pink Curtains Cove is an exquisite work of art. Did I mention yet how much I love it?  Yeah? Well then, moving on…

From Fifi at Fifi Flowers Design:

I am an interior designer and an artist. These are the two passions that became the foundation of what today is Fifi Flowers Design. My business allows me to fuse my interests and create beautiful interior designs and bring those designs to life with my art. My goal in starting Fifi Flowers Design was to brand the company as FUN and WHIMSICAL and I believe I’ve achieved just that.

I’ve always had a passion for art and the desire to share my creativity with the world. Nothing thrills me more than to walk into an empty room and turn it into a beautiful place that is going to reflect my client’s personality and put a smile on their face.  The same thing happens when I have a blank canvas in front of me.  I start with an idea, but the outcome is always more pleasing than what I initially envisioned.  Because of my passion for art and design, I can’t imagine doing anything else in this world.  For these reasons, I couldn’t find better ways to put my interests at work than to have my own business.
