		<description>OK, ladies... it&#039;s time!  Didn&#039;t realize I was starting it on the very day I plan to go to the city, but no excuses.... even 5 minutes in the am and 5 more before bed should be a piece of cake.  Plan is to blog about it as I go, but we&#039;ll see.</description>
