Whatever greeting you want to send, albeit said correctly, why not do it with a cookie?  Want to send something a little more than a card, but not really shell out lots of money?  Try the Greeting Cookie… Hand-decorated cookies for all occasions.  Gary at Greeting Cookie sent over the Patriotic (Flag) cookie & I scheduled a review session with my number one cookie tester.  He wanted to call it a “cake” because it was so heavily decorated in icing.  Cute.  He devoured the piece I gave him, loving the rare treat of all that icing!  One of these would make a nice little greeting, but several in the same theme would be great additions to a gift basket.

 A little about Greeting Cookie:

GreetingCookie.com started from an idea we came up with after becoming bored with traditional holiday and birthday greeting cards. We wanted to come up with a greeting card that people could send to family and friends to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other special occasions that was different, yet simple. We wanted to be able to write our own message, like a normal greeting card, but also wanted to add something special to the card, so we added cookies and who doesn’t like cookies? We also wanted to make sure the cookies represented what the respective holidays and celebrations stand for and we think we have the right mix for each. We believe our cookies make the difference and taste GREAT. We hope you will order one of our cookie greeting cards for yourself and try it, just to make sure! Our delicious, gourmet cookies are hand decorated, contain zero trans fats and are kosher.

Want to win your own Greeting Cookie?  Go check out the cookie shop, then come back here and tell us your ideas for gifting Greeting Cookies.

I would send cookies to myself. I mean, sure, I would share them… but I have a weakness for greeting cookie things. When I was younger and worked in a mall, I stopped at the Mrs. Fields on my lunch break to order a big ‘Thank you’ cookie. Picked it up after work, took it home, and ate it. I’m not sure what I was thanking myself for, but it was darn good!

I love the turkey cookie. As a kid, my mom had a stamped cookie cutter almost like that, but it got broken. If I won a turkey cookie, I’d sent it to my secret sister at church and write something like “I’d be a Turkey if I forgot to say how Thankful I am to have you as a sister in Christ” on a gift tag, then sign it your Feather Brained Secret Sister. It would be nice to give close to Thanksgiving time. Good Luck to all.
