
With hubs schedule, many of our meals are just the little tyke and I, which basically means myself plus 2 bites. So I usually go pretty simple a lot of the time. I have been thinking about delving into a couple of cookbooks that I have, though. That could be an interesting experiment!
MONDAY: Tuna Mac
TUESDAY: Errand / City Day – Eat While Out
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parm & Pasta
THURSDAY: Baked Potato Meal
FRIDAY: Meatloaf
SATURDAY: Pizza & Salad
SUNDAY: Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
