
I am going to attempt to eat according to South Beach Diet’s Phase One food list this week. I’ve decided on the main course for the dinners, but not the veggies. I will probably start eating a lot of salad too. I still need to go shopping to pick up some of the veggies, the beef (which is why it is vague), and a few other things. Maybe next week I can try out a couple of SBD recipes.
MONDAY: Grilled Chicken
TUESDAY: Leftovers
WEDNESDAY: Tuna Fish
THURSDAY: Beef/steak on grill
FRIDAY: Grilled Chicken
SATURDAY: Fish
SUNDAY: Beef/steak on grill
