I really like "Potty Train in Just One Day" If you are consistent that day, the rest is history. My daughter was potty trained not long after her 2nd birthday and the boys were both right after their 3rd birthday. It went much smoother when I went to only cloth intead of PullUps. When they are ready, make sure you have a full day or two to commit to doing mostly potty runs and changing. It will work! Can't wait to hear how things go.

We used "Potty Train in Just One Day" and it worked really well for my 2 1/2 year old boy. You can read about the details on my blog from the May 24th posts. He had to be potty trained before he could start preschool, which he did today. He still wears Pull-Ups when he sleeps. Don't know how long we'll be doing that!

I'm right with you - starting to potty train my youngest (2-1/2 years) now that the 'big girls' will be in school. So far we've tried just putting her in undies and taking her potty every half hour - sometimes that works, sometimes not. We also use incentives (stickers, candies, etc.). She knows what happens on the potty - and does go. It's just the whole 'not going in the undies' part that we need to work on. Good luck, and I'm hoping to see some great tips here too! :)
