Sane Fitness – Quick Start

Sane Fitness offers the healthiest deck of cards you’ll find!  I had an opportunity to look over the Quick Start & Preggers decks and love how a complete fitness program is laid out so simply.  The Quick Start offers 3 decks – the A, B, and C workout along with a 6-week chart of when to use which deck. The basic premise is one hour, three times a week. Some of the exercise use equipment, but also gives an alternative (so you can take the cards with you to the gym, or do them right at home).  Plan for results (from the enclosed booklet):  If you commit to working out just three times a week as shown in the schedule, by the end of six weeks you’ll have noticeably more energy, strength, improved fitness, and muscle tone. NOTE: I have not yet started the workout {but I’m excited about it!}. One feature that I especially like is that the cards have a hole punched in the upper left corner and include a lanyard that hooks onto which ever deck you are working with to keep them from scattering during your workout (great for stashing in your purse or bag as well). These would also make a great stocking stuffer.

It took some doing, but I went from 86 unread / 110 total in inbox earlier in the day to 7 currently in the inbox {and three of those I sent as reminders to myself, lol}.  The original numbers does not take into account mail coming in throughout the day, so it would actually be much higher.   I love Gmail, but am fearful I just abused the ‘star” system. Oh, yes, did I ever use it. Now the key is to GO BACK THROUGH STARRED MAIL. Seriously.  Gotta remind myself out of sight isn’t out of mind, lol.  Those are things that I do not have to deal with right this moment, but that I do need to address in the near future.  Preferably sometime before my child graduates from high school.  {Yes, he’s two.}  I’m not sure I’ve ever had such a wonderful handle on my email, and even though tomorrow is but a few short hours away and the mail will flow again, I am proud.  I will dwell in happiness in this moment.  {Because I know this moment as it is, is about to be snatched from me! LOL!}
