We flew into Utah Tuesday afternoon / evening. We being myself, my two year old son (Lil Roo), and my dad (“Papa”). My sister and her two sons were unaware that Papa was coming with us, so it was a huge surprise for them! It was great! In addition to my sister and nephews, we were welcomed by beautiful mountains and even a little snow on the ground here and there. We’ve done a little shopping, but mostly a lot of hanging out and relaxing. We watched Narnia last night – one of my sister’s favorites.
We plan to have a “Christmas Day” celebration on Sunday, complete with opening gifts that morning and Christmas Dinner. Saturday we plan to all go have pictures taken – that will be fun! I think I may get some Christmas pics of Lil Roo, too. I can’t wait! I wish my wonderful husband came with us – we need to get an updated family pic of the three of us (plus I miss him, lol).
We are expecting SNOW Saturday through Tuesday!! WHITE CHRISTMAS!
