Holidays, cross-country vacation, and an uber hectic December, forced the “A Moment For Me” feature to take a mini-hiatus. But, it is back. And looking for you. Because, let’s face it: You are busy & don’t often take time for yourself. And, you made a few resolutions (that links to mine), even if you didn’t speak them out loud, about things you may like to improve.
Jessica Knows shared a little bit about Me Time a little bit ago. It is a good read & a reminder of how important it is to take a little time for ourselves.
If you are new to the “A Moment For Me” meme, the idea is very simple. It is a weekly encouragement to do something a little special, take a moment just for you sometime during the week, then come here each Monday and share it. You can post about it on your blog and link to it, or you can leave a comment and share. Then, visit the posts and respond to the comments and encourage each other.
My moment this past week was taking time out to read. I haven’t done it in what feels like ages, but is something I want to dedicate more time to doing. It required slowing down and was truly a wonderful moment, even if it didn’t last very long. I want to have more of those reading moments.

Didn’t really do much last week..but this week I”m going scarppin..all afternoon and as late as I can handle it..YIPEE..then a week from sunday..I’m doing it again..this time only for about 4 horus though.

Any time I can spend alone is a ME time,but my favorite would be getting into the Jazzuzi tub,but I dont get too often
