I have been using Warrior Milk for about 6 months. I tried Muscle Milk and Optimum Nutrition’s proteins but found both too hard on my stomach.Warrior Milk protein doesn’t give me the upset and I like many of their flavors. My absolute favorite is mixing the chocolate and peanut butter flavors. I have had no problems ordering off their website and the products always came quick enough. This protein is really affordable and was a lot cheaper than using Slim Fast shakes which I’ve used in the past. My goal for using the protein was to lose just 5-10 lbs (I was only 130 lbs to start) by replacing meals with the shakes. I have lost 12lbs to date and it was very easy in my opinion because the shakes both taste good and kept me full until my next meal.Try to visit http://www.squidoo.com/whey-protein-supplements if anybody want more info.

I am 47 years old and in the last 2 years put on 15 pounds. Every time I would eat I would look 3 months pregnant! I am a 3rd degree black belt and a certified weight trainer so it's not like I wasn't getting any exercise. I've been on the diet for 2 weeks and I have already lost 10 pounds! I fit into a skirt that I haven't fit into for 2 years. I feel great! I only had a headache the first day and I haven't craved sweets. In fact, I sell Mary Kay and had my Holiday open house last Saturday and had two trays of cookies and candy kisses everywhere and didn't eat any. I now rollerskate every morning outside(I'm in Florida) to help firm up. I hate to cook but the recipes are easy and great tasting. I no longer bloat after eating. In fact my stomach is almost flat! I would encourage anyone to give this diet a try!

I have always been a very active person all my life. Then in July of 2001 I started feeling extremely sluggish and I started feeling like I was falling through the floor every step I made. I finally ended up in the emergency room, they admitted me and started running tests. After a week of poking and probing they finally came up with something. My organs were shutting down, my system was depleted of the necessary B vitamins it needs. I was diagnosised with Pernicious Anemia. I had to take a shot (B12) every week for almost a year, then twice a month for about 3 months and now I am to take it monthly for the rest of my life. YEAH!

Still I was feeling sluggish, most everyone thinks - Oh B12, boy I bet your feeling good - but the truth be known - No I wasn't. After all those shots and all that time, my blood count was still way off. I had more tests done and the specialist they sent me to could not understand why my count was still in the 20's. When I went back to my primary doctor, I ask him why after all these shots my blood count was still so low. His comment floored me. He said, "Oh those shots are just to maintain you." - Maintain Me! - I told him that I had thought he was making me better not just maintaining me. I want to feel better - not just keep me feeling the way I was when I left the hospital. So I walked out, mad at him for putting me through all those shots and just keeping me maintained at a level that was so low. I wanted to be fixed, back up and running like before. Not kept in the condition that I was.

Someone had told me about the Master Cleanse and when I got home I got on line and ordered this book. It took me a while to get up the gumption to do it for the first 10 days. But when I did I started to feel the fog clear and I was able to start feeling like going somewhere again. Then later I did it for 16 days and then again for 21. Each time I felt much better mentally, physically and spiritually. Although I still have to "maintain" those shots each month. The Master Cleanse and the information in this book has helped to revive me again. I now feel like I want to live. And when I start feeling that pull towards the floor - I start planning another MC. My thanks to Peter for providing this information to those of us who need it. THANK YOU!!!

Good luck, Christy! I know this can be the hardest thing. The most success I've ever had with losing weight was when I eliminated wheat and milk from my diet. It came off quickly, and I felt really good.
