My three year LOVES them.  They are sticky and have a gooey feel to them, which may make them more fun to kids (boys anyway!), LOL.  Each individual pack is only 60 calories and has no fat, cholesterol, or sodium.  They are loaded with antioxidants (more than blueberries) and are an all around good for you snack.  I haven’t tried them because I have preconceived notions about prunes I’m not yet ready to lay down, but I try very hard to make sure my son has an open mind on all food, and it really paid off with these.
