We actually switched to Geico after all their claims of great service for substantially less, well...it turns out those claims are all TRUE! We pay a lot less now AND I had an accident (I was hit on a major highway) a week after switching and they were SO awesome about it! We didn't even have the paper policy in our hands yet because it was so soon, but they were so easy to work with and really made the whole thing a lot easier! We did!
